By purchasing any item you accept the Refund/Warranty/Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS: 

• All engines and transmissions are inspected before shipping to purchaser. However, damage may occur during shipping. We request that customers inspect all engines and transmissions at the time of delivery for any damage. Report damaged, wrong or missing parts before signing any shipping documents. Damage, wrong or missing parts should be reported by the purchaser at the time of delivery.
• Failure to report damages before signing shipping documents, places responsibility on purchaser.
• Purchaser refers to any representative of the company designated to sign for delivery. Please make all damage claims directly with Astro Auto Parts, for orders shipped via common carrier.
• All defective products must be returned to Astro Auto Parts (properly supported by completed claim forms and receipts). Return needs to be authorized by Astro Auto Parts. Original part needs to be received by Astro Auto Parts, before replacement will be shipped.
• All returns and cancellations in any case are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus freight. Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to $150.00 processing fee.
  All returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued!
• The part (engine or transmission) must be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can be broken)
• Shipping and handling fees ($250.00) are not refundable!
• No returns will be accepted over 30 days from invoice date in any case.

PRICING/SPECIFICATIONS: 

• All specifications, availability, and prices listed are based on the latest product information available at the time of publication.
• The right is reserved to make changes at any time without notice.

WARRANTY:

• All glass, electrical parts, smog parts, carburetors, tires and 4x4 parts are sold totally "As Is" with no guarantee, no exchange privilege, no credit issued, and no refund. 
• No exchanges or credits made of any kind without the original sales receipt.
• All cores must be returned within 10 days or warranty will be void. 
• Cylinder heads are guaranteed against cracks only. 
• There is no guarantee or warranty on labor, loss of time, rental car, towing or any losses or inconveniences from this sale. 
• Engine and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them. If the center of the heat tab is melted out, or the heat tab is removed, the guarantee is void!
• We are not responsible for any labor costs for the installation or removal of parts sold. 
• All guarantees shall be void if the parts are not returned to Astro Auto Parts in the same condition in which they were sold, or do not bear the identifying mark which appears on all Astro Auto Parts parts. We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase. 
• Our used engines, automatic transmissions, and rear ends are guaranteed for only the time specified on your sales receipt, if at all, and only under normal driving conditions. Engines are guaranteed against engine knock, and excessive smoke only. Warranty is void if engines, automatic transmissions, or rear ends are disassembled before our inspection. We do not warranty carburetors, water pumps, fuel pumps, distributors, or any other accessory. We will not warranty any vehicle or part which has been run hot.
• It is customers responsibility to bring vehicle back to Astro Auto Parts for any inspection. We will not pick up any vehicle. 
• We always recommend new oil seals and gaskets be used on any installation or repair as we do not and will not guarantee against any oil leaks or gasket leaks.
• Any changes, alterations, or modification, of the standard policies hereon must be in writing and signed and approved by the general manager or they are void and invalid. 
• Used parts, 30 day warranty from date of purchase or unless otherwise specified. 
  
• Unit must be installed by "ASE" Certifications.
• **Flush cooling system prior to installing engine to remove any debris left over from previous engine. Common failures are due to faulty accessories to the engine or improper cleaning of accessories. Clean or replace oil strainer and pick up tube screen.
• Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal. Replace oil and oil-filter, timing belts, water pumps, thermostat, spark plugs, fluids, and seals are routine maintenance. Replace any water hoses or vacuum lines that need replacing. 
• Prior to starting engine, prime oil system to check to be sure you have oil pressure. Failure to do all above will void warranty. 
• **In the case of warranty; ASE Certified installation and diagnostic is required.**
• **Unit must be installed within 14 days.**
• All transmissions must be programmed at dealer with documentation of correct valve/strategy numbers and proof of program for any warranty claim.
